This patient underwent the extraction of four incisor teeth with immediate implant insertion to the central incisor regions. Following osseointegration 3 months later, the missing teeth were restored with a metal ceramic screw retained bridge. The patient was very pleased with this excellent result.
This young patient failed to develop their 2nd premolars and underwent implant replacement of these four teeth with zirconia screw retained crowns.
This patient had a failing upper right central incisor which was painful. They elected to have extraction and immediate placement of a dental implant with immediate restoration with a temporary tooth. Following successful integration of the implant a permanent screw retained zirconia crown was provided.
